Every new restaurant gets a full month free. No card details are needed to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends unless you subscribe.
Cancel from the app at any time, or write to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the month already paid for.
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded part-way through a month, because access continues for the whole of it. If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, write to us and we will refund in full.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank.
An annual plan cancelled within 7 days of payment is refunded in full. After that, the unused whole months are refunded, less the discount already taken against the monthly price.
