By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Erpixo LLP to the restaurant that signs up, for use by that restaurant and its staff.
New accounts get a full month free. No card details are needed to start. After that the plan you chose renews monthly until cancelled. Prices are on the pricing page and are per outlet, per month, plus GST where applicable.
Everything you enter — bills, vendors, staff, sales — remains yours. We hold it on your behalf and process it on your instructions. We do not sell it and do not share it with another restaurant. Comparisons across restaurants, where offered, are aggregated and anonymous.
RestroMatrix is a record-keeping and reporting tool. It is not accounting, tax, payroll-compliance or legal advice. Figures it produces — food cost, profit, salary, statutory deductions — are calculations over what you entered, and remain your responsibility to verify before relying on them.
We aim to keep the service running and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical.
Cancel any time from the app; access continues to the end of the paid month. On termination you may export your data. See the Refund policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
